How long does it take to receive my order

Domestic shipping takes about 3-7 business days to arrive at your house once it is processed and picked up by the post office. You should be notified when your package is shipped. If you placed an order and haven’t received or been updated on its progress after 7 business days, please contact us 

Where is my order?

Once your shipping label is printed we send you a tracking number. You can use that to track your order. If you have not received your tracking number and it has been more than 3 business days, please email immediately. Keep in mind that if you placed an order after 12PM it won’t be processed for shipping until the next business day. That means an order placed on Friday after 12PM will not get processed until Monday at the earliest.

What do I do if I entered an invalid/incorrect address?

Fill out the form IMMEDIATELY and we will do our best to fix your order before it is processed and shipped out. If we are unable to get to you and your order is processed you will have to wait 3-7 business days for it to return to us. Do NOT email us. We are no longer taking support requests by email. 

How do I begin the order return process?

We do exchanges for other items on the store or store credit, we do not do cash back refunds unless it is a fraud case. In order to process your refund, we will need:

  1. The reason for your return request (missing/wrong item, wrong size, didn't fit as expected, damaged in transit, etc.)

  2. Your order #

  3. If we accept your request would you like an exchange for the same item or store credit? 

  4. An image of the product in the event that you are showing proof of damage in transit or any other fault. 

Once you have all these in place please fill out our customer service form. Having these answered with your submission will greatly expedite the return process.
